چکیده

Background: Diabetes is a serious disease which posing great risk to the overall health care all around globe. Major factor in its systemic adverse effects enhancement of lipolysis by prolonged hyperglycaemia ultimately leading dyslipidemia. This dyslipidemia big feature for cardiovascular diseases related most diabetic patients. L arginine blessed with antioxidant properties can play substantial role prevention, and management diabetes complications. The study was aimed at finding novel uses L-Arginine diabetes.
Subject method: 15 adult Sprague Dawley rats , only female (to avoid pregnancy) weighing 250+ 50 g were used this divided equally (five each) into three groups randomly after ensuring that their lipid profiles blood sugar normal. After keeping one group as Normal Control Group (NC), remaining two made quasi-analogue Type II model through administration Streptozotocin (35 mg/kg) single dose intra-peritoneal (IP). lapse 48 hours, had shown levels over 300 mg/dl therefore taken diabetic. One “Positive Control” DM (DM), while other treatment DM+L-ARG Group”.
Results: With regards fasting (BSF), total cholesterol (T-Chol), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein (LDL) high (HDL), III (DM+L-ARG) showed significant improvement p-value less than 0.001.
Conclusion: conducting experimental animal work, we are able conclude induced model, use good safety profile minimal also has anti-hyperglycemic anti-lipidemic activity.

It was shown that hyperglycemia in diabetic patients is the main factor of diabetic peripheral neuropathies. Various pathways related to oxidative stress, vascular defect and defective endothelium dependent relaxation have been implicated in the development of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. A substantial number of studies have shown that antioxidant treatment are promising therapeutics that ca...
